Job description

We are seeking a SW Development / Automation Engineer to join a cutting-edge Wireless Networks engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, automation, REST APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and containerized applications. This role involves working with cross-functional engineering teams to develop, test, deploy, and support next-generation wireless network solutions., * Design and implement REST API integrations.

Develop and maintain microservice-based applications.
Design, develop, and deploy web applications.
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Create and execute test plans for software validation.
Document test cases and test results.
Provide Tier-3 support for production environments and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and support teams.
Automate operational tasks using scripting and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

2-5 years of software development or automation engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Strong experience developing web applications.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or other automation scripting languages.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes, or other virtualization technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues., * Knowledge of Wireless Networks (RAN, Core, or Transport).
Experience with cloud-native technologies.
Understanding of message queues, multithreading, databases, security, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of CPU, memory, storage, and performance optimization.
