| Job DescriptionLead Data Analyst - Research & Insights | EdTech | £50,000 - £60,000 | Remote4-day work week available (pro-rated)Join a well-established, award-winning EdTech company building engaging, maths-based learning products used by millions of children worldwide.This is a hands-on role analysing product, user, and business data to generate insights that shape decision-making. patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvementEvaluate the impact and effectiveness of product features and releasesCombine quantitative data with qualitative insights (e.g. user feedback)Support research initiatives exploring learning outcomesWork closely with leadership to define key analytical questionsSupport the onboarding, coordination, and line management of a Research AssociateWork with tools such as Python, Looker, or similarWhat We’re Looking For4-6 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similarStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsExperience using Python or R for data analysisExperience supervising or managing small teams (1-2 people)Solid understanding of cohort analysis, segmentation, and statistical methods (e.g. regression, correlation)Ability to critically evaluate data, including bias and confounding factorsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA natural curiosity - particularly around learning and behaviourSalary & Benefits£50,000 - £60,000 (full-time equivalent)Option to work a 4-day week (pro rata £40,000 - £48,000)Hybrid working for candidates local to bedford office (2-3 days onsite)Remote working options for candidates UK wide (with occasional office visits)PensionPrivate healthcare
