Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Lead to manage day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion ERP across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated ERP capabilities. The Oracle Fusion ERP Lead provides technical and functional leadership to internal and contract team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. Owns change governance, testing cycles, role/permission administration, and audit evidence., * Lead ERP operations, intake, prioritization, and release calendar.
- Develop and implement customizations and system improvements to better serve business processes.
- Coordinate UAT/regression cycles and attach evidence to change records.
- Maintain role design, SoD, and production access hygiene; partner with business for approvals.
- Drive defect triage with technical/reporting teams; monitor batch jobs and month-end stability.
- Manage change governance, testing cycles, role/permission administration, and audit evidence.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to use ERP tools effectively.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and training materials.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define ERP requirements and resolve business challenges.
- Track and report on the progress of ERP initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- 8+ years Oracle Fusion ERP experience across FIN/SCM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA title, master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SOX, SoD, and IT change management.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades as well as ongoing maintenance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong background in financial systems and accounting principles, with experience in post-acquisition financial integration.
