Seeking Part-Time Data Collection Specialists for Land Surveying Field Work - NYC Boroughs & Upstate

We are seeking motivated Part-Time Data Collection Specialists to support land surveying field work across various locations, including NYC boroughs, some of western Nassau County and upstate New York regions. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential land development projects by gathering accurate data and assisting with survey operations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about fieldwork, with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in land surveying technology., * Conduct on-site data collection using metal detectors, 3D scanners, GPS recording devices, and other surveying tools to capture accurate land measurements.

• Operate hand tools to create basic field notes to support field surveys.
• Take photos.
• Upload field work data., * Do you have a current and valid driver’s license?
• Do you have an operational vehicle that you can use to drive from job site to job site daily?

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Hand tools?, * Must be willing to travel daily.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have an internet connection with a working computer.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with data collection skills necessary for accurate land surveying documentation. • Flexible schedule, * All work orders should be executed within 2 days of receipt.
• There is some scheduling flexibility as the days and times are generally not fixed, except for some jobs that require scheduled access.
• Current expected availability: Approx. 20 hours per week (approx. 3 days per week).
• Candidates who can eventually grow into a full-time position are preferable.

Pay:

• $40.00/hr (already includes vehicle and fuel reimbursements)
• Reimbursements will be made for tolls
• 1099 basis
