Job description

Primary skills: API Architecture & Design (RESTful APIs, Microservices, SOAP/GraphQL), API Security (OAuth, JWT), and API Integration with strong expertise in scalability, performance, and API management platforms., A Web API Architect designs, builds, and maintains secure, scalable, and high-performance API platforms. Key responsibilities include creating RESTful, SOAP, or GraphQL designs, integrating third-party services, establishing security protocols (OAuth, JWT), and creating comprehensive documentation. They ensure system reliability and mentor development teams., o Design and Implementation: Develop robust, scalable API architectures (RESTful, microservices) that follow best practices. o Security & Protocols: Implement security protocols, including OAuth, JWT, and API keys. o Integration & Documentation: Integrate third-party APIs and create detailed documentation for internal/external consumers. o Performance Optimization: Perform API testing to ensure high performance and reliability. o Strategy & Standards: Define enterprise-wide API standards, including pub/sub messaging and device state management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, o Experience: Previous experience designing and implementing API frameworks, Webservices, often in microservice environments. o Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, Python) and familiarity with API management platforms and gateways., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
