Senior Unreal Engine Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join our team and support immediate client operations. This role will work to create scalable digital twin applications and architecture by engineering Unreal Engine and C++ backend infrastructure. This team will work alongside other RedCloud Consultants and directly with our global technology client in a hyperscale virtual and physical infrastructure environment., * Perform direct customization and optimization of Unreal Engine using C++

• Build and maintain applications using Unreal Engine
• Design digital twin applications and architecture representing physical infrastructure in a virtual environment
• Facilitate integration of Unreal Engine applications with enterprise and third-party systems and blueprints.
• Work with cross-functional teams of both RedCloud Consultants and client stakeholders, including leadership presentations and executive reporting

• 6+ years of experience in software development, game development, or related fields using Unreal Engine.
• Experience with core development in Unreal Engine, including direct customization
• 6+ years in C++ development
• Prior experience in digital twin, simulation, visualization, or other real-time 3D application development
• Experience importing CAD models into digital twin environments
• Prior experience in the data center or hyperscaler industry preferred
• Prior experience with VR (virtual reality) and/or AR (augmented reality) solutions preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and drive deliverables alongside a cross-functional team of consultants, FTE’s, and vendors

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $137,000 - $153,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
