Job description

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of M anagers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies., * Work ing with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and design ing tailored analytics solutions.

  • Develop ing and manag ing data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data flow for reporting.

  • Creat ing interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to provide actionable insights for business users.

  • Monitor ing and optimiz ing the performance of analytics solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability in Oracle Cloud environments.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices, Oracle Cloud capabilities, and emerging analytics trends.

  • T rain ing end-users and internal teams on Oracle analytics tools and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

  • Lead ing project teams, manag ing timelines, and ensur ing successful delivery of analytics and reporting projects within scope and budget.

  • Ensuring solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant regulations.

  • Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for advanced analytics.

  • E valuat ing , summariz ing , organiz ing , and interpret ing data.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.

  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

  • You enjoy designing , building and delivering client facing reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud’s ERP/SCM/EPM reporting frameworks: OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence/FAW/Narrative Reporting

  • You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to Oracle Fusion Cloud , including the latest trends and developments.

  • You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing clients with exceptional experiences.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience with or understanding of:

  • Architect ing and deploy ing analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud ‘s OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, SmartView, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence/FAW/Narrative Reporting

  • Familiarity with basic functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM/EPM

  • Familiarity (or more) with basic SQL statements and writing simple queries, * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline ( e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field . )

  • 2 + years working in either in professional services or related industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

  • Professional Certification such as Oracle Cloud Analytics, Oracle B or similar Fusion Cloud Reporting Tools preferred.

  • Flexible spending account, Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $103,000.00 - $156,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 10%

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $113,300.00 - $171,600.00
