Project Manager - Transition 4B

Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective transition management strategies to ensure smooth project handovers. Coordinate cross-functional project activities and deliverables, ensuring alignment across teams. Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders. Identify, assess, and mitigate project issues to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery. Drive collaboration between internal and external teams to support successful project outcomes. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members throughout the transition. Conduct post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned and implement continuous improvement practices.
