Technology Transformation Lead

The Technology Transformation Lead, coaches, educates and mentors organizational leaders and their teams to instill a scaled, successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Technology Transformation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

*This is a WAH/remote position however candidate must be able to accommodate EST/CST time zone.

The Technology Transformation Lead work includes creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work. The job guides an organization through the transition and drives continued adherence to optimal Agile work practices. Promotes a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity. May provide on-going iteration management for high profile initiatives to provide real-time coaching as well as to gather and share Agile best practices across the enterprise. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action., Will report to Lead Product Manager, IT HCS - Product Agility

Bachelor’s degree and/or 8 years of Agile experience

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5)

5 or more years of Agile coaching

Agile system level and team level coaching experience

Must be able to develop and facilitate training material on Agile topics

Preferred Qualifications

3 more years experience leading Agile transformation at Enterprise level
