Immediate Openings- 48 hour onboarding-PRN Nurse Application

• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, wound care, and use of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic, Cerner or PCC.
• Work within scope of practice with strict adherence to aseptic technique and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Assist with complex procedures like suturing, catheterization (including urinary and vascular), tube feeding management, and ostomy care in various clinical settings.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection/processing, phlebotomy, and diagnostic imaging support including XRAYs when applicable.
• Help patients move safely, including transferring and repositioning.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities to optimize patient outcomes.

Do you have a valid CNA license?, Do you have experience in Vital signs?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

• Active CNA certification in the state of Florida
• Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical and technical ability to safely lift and move patients as needed
• Proven experience across multiple settings including hospital medicine, medical-surgical units, emergency medicine, critical care (ICU/Level I & II trauma centers), outpatient clinics, or home & community care environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics (neonatal to toddler), adults in acute or post-acute settings, geriatrics with dementia/dementia care needs or Alzheimer’s care.
