Requirements

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in SailPoint (IIQ/ISC) and Okta/Auth0 CIAM , with a strong focus on identity lifecycle management and secure customer access. Experience with Okta Workforce SSO/MFA , is nice to have and will be considered a plus., + 2+ years of IAM experience , with must-have expertise in SailPoint and Okta /Auth0 CIAM

  • Experienced in SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC , with deep expertise in Identity Governance, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and roles.

  • Experience in Okta/Auth0 OR ForgeRock , with hands-on experience optimizing CIAM solutions for secure customer access.

  • Experience in access protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WebAuthN

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across IAM platforms

  • Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS , and alignment of IAM processes with audit requirements

  • Experience with ITIL, Lean , and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field

  • IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA, ISC2 SSCP, CISSP Associate)

  • Experience integrating IAM with AWS or Azure
