Lead Agilist III/Scrum Master - Agentic AI Engineering

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
• Coach Product Owners and Development Teams
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
• Build and support high-performing Agile teams
• Collaborate with technology and Information Security stakeholders
• Promote servant leadership and Agile best practices

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong Agile/Scrum coaching and facilitation experience
• Active engagement in Agile communities and continuous learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience or exposure to AI-enabled solutions / Agentic AI
• Experience working with Information Security teams
• Proven ability to identify and remove team impediments/blockers

Nice to Have

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience supporting enterprise Agile transformation initiatives, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
