Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong Power BI experience to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to improve business performance., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualizations and reporting solutions
• Create and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide recommendations
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency
• Document data definitions, reporting processes, and business logic, * Delivering accurate, insightful dashboards that support strategic decision-making
• Improving reporting efficiency through automation and streamlined processes
• Providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Query and DAX
• Exposure to ETL tools and data integration processes
• Experience working with enterprise ERP, CRM, or cloud-based data platforms
• Knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices
