Job description

  • Oversee support, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of NISC applications including CC&B, SmartHub, MDMS/OMS, and related workflows.\n
  • Drive continuous process improvement to streamline operations and reduce manual work.\n
  • Identify, develop, and implement automation and AI/ML use cases to improve operational efficiency.\n
  • Ensure end-to-end data integrity across NISC and integrated systems.\n
  • Plan and coordinate testing, QA, and release management for NISC upgrades, patches, and enhancements.\n
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex user/system/process issues.\n
  • Lead business process reviews and develop future-state process and technology recommendations.\n
  • Manage vendor relationships including NISC, ensuring strong collaboration and effective support.\n
  • Champion user readiness, training, documentation, and change management for new features or process changes.\n
  • Prepare and maintain performance, stability, and operational reporting for leadership.\n

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\n
  • PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis Certification highly preferred.\n
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in business applications, IT, or operations.\n
  • Experience with NISC applications is strongly preferred, including proficiency with NISC platforms (CC&B, SmartHub, MDMS/OMS) and system integrations.\n
  • Experience with automation, AI implementation, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement.\n
  • Experience leading system upgrades, integrations, QA/testing, and release/change management.\n
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and process mapping tools.\n, * Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.\n
  • Excellent communication skills suited for executive, technical, and operational audiences.\n
  • Ability to apply AI, automation, and workflow modernization strategies.\n
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and lead digital transformation initiatives.\n
  • Effective project and portfolio management skills.\n
  • Ability to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve business processes.\n
  • Strong vendor management, contract awareness, and value-focused negotiation skills.\n
