Lead the design of complex, data-intensive digital products and workflows. Translate business objectives, technical constraints, user needs, and operational requirements into effective experience solutions. We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape the strategy, experience, and delivery of complex digital products. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in highly collaborative environments, enjoys solving challenging workflow and information architecture problems, and can confidently navigate ambiguity within large-scale enterprise ecosystems. The successful candidate will partner closely with product managers, engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and researchers to design intuitive, scalable experiences for data-rich applications. This role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complex problems, and experience working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. Experience Level Senior Level (10+ years of professional experience), Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer experiences. Demonstrated experience designing applications that support sophisticated workflows, operational processes, or data-rich experiences. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles. Experience collaborating within Agile product development environments. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, and measurable business impact. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, workflow systems, or other data-intensive applications. Familiarity with design systems and scalable component-based design approaches. Experience partnering with engineering teams on complex technical implementations. Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or enterprise software.
