Job Summary: The Integration Analyst is responsible for developing, supporting, monitoring, and maintaining healthcare system integrations that enable the secure exchange of clinical, financial, and operational data across the health system. Working under the direction of senior integration team members, this role supports Epic interoperability initiatives, interface engine operations, HL7 messaging, API integrations, and electronic regulatory reporting. The analyst collaborates with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient data exchange.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of Healthcare IT experience supporting healthcare applications or system integrations
  • Working knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging and healthcare data exchange concepts
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services
  • Familiarity with FHIR interoperability standards
  • Basic SQL experience for troubleshooting and data validation
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Produces thorough technical documentation
  • Works collaboratively within a team environment while taking ownership of assigned interfaces
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to system reliability and data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Education Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelors preferred

License/Certification/Registry:

  • Cloverleaf Engine certification preferred or experience working with an interface engine such as Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, Corepoint, or similar
  • Epic Bridges certification preferred

The salary range for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The salary range does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the salary range, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
