Fullstack Software Engineer- Analytics

Frontend-focused full-stack expertise: You have strong experience building scalable web applications with the backend instincts to design the data and APIs behind them

Analytics and dashboards: You’ve built data-rich product experiences - dashboards, reporting, visualizations - and care about making complex data legible and genuinely useful

Customer-centric thinking: You keep users front and center, translating product requirements into clean, reliable technical solutions that deliver great communication coaching experiences

Craft and quality: You hold yourself to a high bar for code quality and API design, and you make the engineers around you better

This role is hybrid with an expectation of 3 days a week in the office - you’ll need to be based in the Greater Seattle Area., * 4+ years of professional development experience, shipping production code

• Strong full-stack capabilities with a frontend lean - you’ve owned features end-to-end and have a track record of delivering in fast-moving environments
• Solid experience with API design, system architecture, and writing code you are proud to maintain
• Proficiency in modern technologies (TypeScript, React, backend frameworks) with the ability to debug complex distributed systems
• Clear communicator who works well across engineering and product, and who gives and receives feedback well
• You understand how your work connects to business outcomes and user impact
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Ability to be onsite 3 days a week(M, T, and Th) at our Seattle, WA HQ, * Experience with charting/visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, or similar) and building performant, interactive data UIs
• Data warehouse and analytics tooling (BigQuery, dbt, or similar)
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI-powered applications
• Material UI, Next.js, and NoSQL databases

Harness cut training review time by 75%., You’ll join the Platform team, focused on Analytics and building the dashboards and data experiences that turn Yoodli’s coaching signal into insight our customers can act on. Admins and learners rely on us to answer the questions that matter - who’s improving, which skills are moving, where a team needs help - and to make those answers clear, fast, and trustworthy. It’s work that spans the full stack: crafting polished, responsive dashboard UIs on the frontend, and the aggregation, metrics, and query systems that power them on the backend.
