Salesforce FSC Lead

Lead a team of 20+ Salesforce developers across onshore and offshore locations, owning their delivery and engineering maturity. Stay hands-on across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and platform architecture while operating at a strategic level. Define the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs, prioritizing in partnership with business stakeholders. Manage and coordinate multiple Agile teams across workstreams using scaled Agile practices. Drive platform resiliency, scalability, and overall engineering maturity across the Salesforce estate. Engage senior business stakeholders to shape priorities, communicate trade-offs, and deliver business outcomes. Navigate complex, ambiguous environments and lead the organization through change.

Senior, hands-on Salesforce leadership experience operating at both delivery and strategic levels. Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform architecture. Proven leadership at scale, directing 15 30 engineers across onshore/offshore teams. Demonstrated ownership of Salesforce strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs. Strong scaled-Agile process knowledge with the ability to stand up and lead multiple Agile teams across workstreams. Wealth Management / Financial Services domain experience (critical). Strong verbal communication and executive-level stakeholder presence. Required Salesforce certification appropriate to a senior architect/leader. Nice-to-Have Skills Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform ownership experience (preferred). Experience defining and running large, multi-workstream Salesforce programs end to end. Track record of improving platform resiliency, scalability, and engineering maturity.
