Job description

  • Provide project lifecycle coordination, schedule management, execution monitoring, stakeholder communication, and reporting support across multiple dynamic IT initiatives
  • Support projects that may vary in size, complexity, maturity, and execution model
  • Create structure, visibility, and disciplined reporting to initiatives that may be executed by government personnel, external contractors, system owners, or technical teams outside the direct authority of the PMA
  • Maintain open lines of communication, and keep information flowing through professionalism, consistency, helpful coordination, and strong relationship management
  • Identify, document, track, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items
  • Work closely with the Business Modernization and Project Lifecycle Lead, Information System Security Advisor, government stakeholders, project sponsors, technical teams, and external execution teams
  • Respond to feedback, adjust reporting products quickly, expand useful reporting areas, reduce low-value reporting, and continuously improve the clarity and usefulness of project status information

Requirements

Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph, * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or related field required, with a minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience

  • Hand-on experience supporting all stages of the project lifecycle, including intake, requirements validation, planning, schedule development, execution monitoring, reporting, implementation coordination, transition, and closeout
  • The ability to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestone trackers, dependency logs, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable developing and refining project reporting products in a new and evolving environment
  • Experience in managing multiple dynamic projects at the same time, each with different stakeholders, reporting requirements, schedules, risks, and dependencies
  • The ability to effectively build working relationships with project teams, government stakeholders, system owners, technical staff, cybersecurity personnel, data analysts, and external contractors
  • Experience supporting information systems security, cybersecurity documentation, accreditation, compliance, or risk management activities in a in a federal, DOD, or IC environment
  • Current active PMP or CSM certification
  • Current, active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
