Scrum Master

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support and coach Scrum teams to ensure Agile principles are followed and continuously improved.

• Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices across multiple teams and departments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous delivery and improvement.

What’s Needed?

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Capital Markets division supporting multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization., + Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex organizational environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially SAFe.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lead change and influence teams at all levels.

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives within financial services or similar sectors.
