Salesforce Solutions Developer

Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank’s Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino-managed packages.

• Actively participate and lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation.
• Work closely with IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures. Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices. Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques., * Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

The salary range for this position is $72,500.00 - $120,800.00 annually.

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote. Must have the ability to travel to travel to our location in Lancaster, PA on a quarterly basis., Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer Science or other Technology related field. (Required) Required Experience

• 5 or more years Applications Development
• 3 or more years Using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Tests
• 3 or more years Experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

Preferred Experience

• 5 or more years Experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications
• 1 or more years Experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset, and SF DX
• 1 or more years Experience developing nCino-based solutions
