Job description
We are looking for a founding engineer to scale our existing product into reliable, production-ready software. Someone who owns the core product, document and data infrastructure, cloud foundation, and AI-powered user experience.
What You’ll Do
Own and scale the product
Own the backend and customer-facing product: workflows, integrations, and the systems that make service knowledge usable in the field
Build the AI foundation
Help us build state of the art AI products to help industrial service teams day to day. Build cutting-edge AI that makes blue-collar work faster, smarter, and easier
Set the engineering foundation
Shape architecture, cloud infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and technical standards as the product scales
This Role Is Not
- A maintenance job fixing bugs on a static product
- A role where the playbook is already written. You’ll help write it, with real ownership over what we build and how we build it
Requirements
- Have built and scaled B2B SaaS, AI products, or data-heavy systems
- Are strong in Python, SQL, Node.js, TypeScript, React, and React Native, with experience in (vector-) databases, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure; Google Cloud experience is a plus
- Can build reliable AI products with LLMs from messy, unstructured technical information (incl. visuals like schematics)
- Are native with AI coding agents and agent orchestration
- Want ownership, impact, and the chance to shape an early engineering team
About the company
