Job description
The Test Administration Associate is responsible for performing, monitoring and optimizing various test administration processes in support of the Law School Admission Test (LSAT); ensuring accurate and timely communication to candidates; analyzing and automating data created. The will also provide customer/end-user support via email and phone. And work collaboratively across the organization to understand LSAC enterprise systems and processes and is responsible for building and executing processes that effectively provide value to candidates., * Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directions.
- Work with the Test Administration Manager to understand operational and customer support needs to create new processes and improve existing processes.
- Build business process documentation.
- Develop requirements for additional technical capabilities and work collaboratively across Candidate Solutions and Technology to identify possible solutions.
- Monitor process data to improve the customer experience and reduce process risk for errors.
- Provide high quality support to candidates.
- Quality check the work produced in Test Administration.
- Work in-person at the LSAC headquarters to pack and unpack paper-and-pencil test materials
- Support test administration activities for the LSAT.
- Work with fellow TA staff as well as outside vendors to meet shipping expectations and deadlines.
- Support test processing functions.
- Communicate with test center staff, test delivery vendors and test takers by email.
- Provide periodic work status updates for daily stand ups.
- Function as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.
- Deliver quality customer services to both external (test takers) as well as internal (stake holders).
- Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with the mission, goals, and core values of LSAC.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Minimum of an associate degree or comparable training.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Customer/Client Focus.
- Expertise in Office 360 and other software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and best practices a plus.
- Basic arithmetic computation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments by stringent deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in an environment of shifting priorities.
- Able to assimilate into a multi-functional team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively while displaying a positive attitude and demeanor.
- Able to work in the office as well as remote handling sensitive test materials.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as business needs require
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Art or Bachelor’s Science degree
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sit Frequently at a desk
- Frequent fine hand and finger movements (keyboard, writing, mouse movement)
- Continual close visual acuity for reading
- Hearing and Speaking for communication within and outside of company.
- May be required to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds for set up/movement of office equipment,
- Mental Requirements - must be able to consistently: o Learn new tasks, o Remember Processes, o Maintain focus, o Complete tasks independently o Make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, o Ability to communicate effectively, o Able to adhere to process protocol in a timely manner

This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office 2-3 days per week. Additionally, this is a 6-month contract position.
