business transformation and operational excellence Partner with executive leadership and key business stakeholders Build and mentor a talented applications team while influencing organizational growth Own major enterprise platforms including ERP and HRIS solutions Compensation Up to $230,000, depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute the IT applications strategy for Finance, HR, and corporate systems Lead deployment, support, and optimization of enterprise applications and integrations Drive digital transformation and system modernization initiatives Manage and mentor application managers, product owners, and engineering resources Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and application budgets What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience owning enterprise Finance and HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms Background managing technology budgets and vendor negotiations Knowledge of SOX, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements Experience driving enterprise application transformations and modernization programs Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
