Job description
As an Implementation Lead, youâre the bridge between customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions, ensuring every proof of concept is accurate, scalable and positioned for success.
Working closely with Account Executives, Product and Engineering, youâll navigate technical questions, troubleshoot complex challenges and shape solutions that drive value for our clients. With new features shipping constantly at Kernel, youâll stay ahead of client requirements and the latest market innovation.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Partnering with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert
- Running and delivering high quality POCs in a timely manner
- Leading and owning the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live
- Architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI agents using Kernelâs tooling
- Acting as a trusted advisor for your portfolio comprised of multiple clients
- Provide feedback to the Product team to ensure constant improvement and iteration
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Account Management or Consulting
- Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript etc) and understanding of data systems
- A product sensibility to how you work - you ask why before you ask when, and you push back on scope that doesnât serve the customer
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving technical challenges creatively
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support US-based customers

- Experience working with AI products or use cases
- Familiarity with RevOps workflows and systems, including CRMs and related tooling
ď¸ This role may not be for you if you:
- Prefer a lot of structure or close guidance

- Prefer fully remote work (this role requires 4+ days per week in the London office)
- Donât enjoy intense, fast paced workspace or ambiguity
- Want to manage rather than build and deliver
