They’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to help build intelligent systems that have the potential to transform how people learn.What You’ll DoBuild and evolve LLM-based AI tutoring systems, including prompt architectures and agentic workflows.Develop adaptive AI behaviours and intelligent user experiences.Design custom evaluation frameworks and metrics to improve model performance and learning outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate educational and product goals into AI solutions.Prototype and productionise cutting-edge AI capabilities.What We’re Looking ForCommercial experience building complex LLM-based systems.Strong prompt engineering and agentic AI experience.Excellent Python and software engineering fundamentals.Experience working with cloud technologies and CI/CD.A strong product mindset with the ability to solve real-world problems using AI.Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.Desirable ExperienceRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Multi-Agent SystemsContext EngineeringAI Evaluation FrameworksHuman-in-the-Loop SystemsAI-Native DevelopmentLearning technologies or educational AI productsThis role is best suited to hands-on AI engineers who have built AI products in commercial environments.If you’re passionate about building intelligent AI systems and solving complex technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
