Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a multidisciplinary team of 10-15 professionals, working on the development, modernization, and integration of business-critical applications. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, analysts, and developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role requires someone who can quickly onboard, work independently, and make an immediate impact., * Develop and enhance existing applications.

Design and implement REST APIs and system integrations.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create automated tests and maintain software quality.
Modernize and improve existing systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Java Developer.
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Proven REST API development experience.
Experience integrating applications and managing data exchange.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Desirable Skills

Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Web.
Experience with Okta.
Knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Key Vault, and Blob Storage.
Understanding of secure software development practices.
Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and validation processes.
