Job description

Auf- und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten vor Ort
Einweisung der Anwender in neue Systeme und Geräte
Fehleranalyse sowie Erstlösungen im Rahmen des Vor-Ort-Supports
Erstellung von Übergabeprotokollen
Weiterleitung von Störungen an nachgelagerte Supporteinheiten

Requirements

Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
Erfahrung in Rollouts und Installationen
Sicherer Umgang mit Windows 7/10 und Microsoft Office
Gute Kenntnisse in Standard-Hardware
Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
Führerschein der Klasse C1
Reisebereitschaft in ganz Baden-Württemberg, inkl. Übernachtungen
LKW-Führerschein wünschenswert
