Front-End Designer / React Developer (Pharmaceutical Sector)

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Front-End Designer / React Developer that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.We are looking for a FE Designer / React Developer to support product design activities within an international product team.The person will work on FE Design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system components.They should be comfortable collaborating with Product, Development, Business stakeholders, and other designers in an Agile/Scrum environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality web (or mobile) applications using React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features fast.Identify and correct bottlenecks and bugs.Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.Requirements Proficiency in TypeScript: Strong command over TypeScript.React Expertise: Proper understanding of React core concepts and best practices.Framework Experience: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Next.Js.State Management: Familiarity with state management libraries like Tanstack Query, Zustand, Context API, or similar.Testing: Proficient in writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.Web Development: Experience in web development.Mobile Development: Nice to have although not a requirement.Independent Work: Ability to work independently on most tasks with minimal supervision.Nice to Have Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.Curiosity and Passion: A genuine interest in learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.Problem-Solving: Seek to understand the root cause of issues and find effective solutions.Adaptability: Willingness to step outside of the comfort zone and take on new challenges.Efficiency: Ability to do more with less, optimising resources and time.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of modern web development tools and practices.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes.Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.Experience 3-5+ years of experience in web development with a focus on React.What Do We Offer Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.We make it easy.Balance your professional and personal life.Trainings & Certifications.Improve your skills and get the official certificate from our main partners.Home Office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, Ticket restaurant, …).Health insurance.OMEGA in action.Our commitment to a better society is not just an intention.#J-*****-Ljbffr
