IAM Senior Program Manager

Our client, a large-scale organization operating across multiple sites and business domains, is looking for an experienced IAM Senior Program Manager to define, drive and implement a new Identity & Access Management operating model.

The mission is part of a broader security, governance and operational transformation context. The consultant will be responsible for aligning IAM processes, tools and governance with business needs, regulatory requirements and operational constraints.

This role requires a senior profile combining strong IAM expertise, IT program management capabilities, process modelling skills and change management experience. The consultant must be able to work with IT, security, business and operational stakeholders to ensure adoption across the organization.

The consultant will be responsible for: Defining and implementing the target IAM operating model. Leading the IAM transformation roadmap and related workstreams. Coordinating stakeholders across IT, security, business and operations. Designing and improving IAM processes, including JML, RBAC, SOD and PAM. Modelling business and operational processes using BPMN or equivalent methods. Supporting the deployment and adoption of IAM solutions and tools. Ensuring alignment with security, compliance and regulatory frameworks. Managing project planning, scope, risks, dependencies and delivery follow-up. Driving change management and user adoption across the organization. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO27001 and NIS2 requirements throughout the mission. Providing clear reporting and recommendations to management.

Do you have experience in Sales?, Senior experience in IT Program / Project Management. Strong expertise in Identity & Access Management. Proven experience in IAM governance. Hands-on knowledge of IAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint or equivalent. Strong understanding of JML processes. Strong understanding of RBAC models. Strong understanding of SOD principles and access conflict management. Knowledge of PAM concepts and privileged access processes. Experience with business and operations modelling. Strong BPMN / process modelling skills. Solid change management experience. Good understanding of GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2 or similar legal/security frameworks. Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Languages: French, Dutch and English at full professional proficiency. Votre profil You have at least 7 years of professional experiences in IT If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/ NL it’s best You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
