Business Analyst with AI & Sql

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong business analysis skills, advanced SQL knowledge, and an understanding of AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, identifying business opportunities, and supporting AI and analytics initiatives., * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes and customer experience.
• Support AI use cases such as forecasting, recommendation systems, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
