Job description

Apply deep Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript expertise to shape how next-generation AI systems learn and reason. You will review and evaluate real-world backend code and scenarios, document nuanced technical judgments, and provide the high-quality, domain-specific input that helps train and improve AI models. No prior experience in AI is required; your backend development knowledge and communication skills are what matter. micro1 is an AI data lab that converts expert real-world knowledge across domains into training data and evaluations for frontier models. Key Responsibilities

  • Use expert knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to provide high-quality technical input and feedback for model training.
  • Analyze and review code samples for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify development patterns and problem-solving strategies in backend engineering alongside multidisciplinary teams.
  • Evaluate real-world Node.js scenarios to help models learn robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Document insights, edge cases, and nuanced technical considerations in clear, concise written form.
  • Translate complex technical concepts so they are accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
