Software Engineer

• Maintain and troubleshoot internal systems such as our LMS portal, CRM, and related servers/platforms
• Build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, and fixes
• Support cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP (setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, basic deployments)
• Provide general tech support across the team - diagnosing issues, resolving them, or knowing when/how to escalate
• Learn new tools, platforms, and systems independently as business needs evolve
• Identify opportunities to automate or improve internal processes

• Solid experience with JavaScript and Node.js; comfortable working across the front and back end
• Experience with React, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
• Familiarity with cloud platforms - Azure and/or GCP preferred
• Comfortable working across different types of systems (web, cloud, CRM/SaaS platforms) without needing deep specialization in each
• Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, or LMS platforms is a plus but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity - you’ll often need to figure out the right approach rather than follow a set process
• Good communication skills, since you’ll be supporting both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Self-directed and resourceful - able to research, test, and implement solutions with minimal hand-holding

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
