Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Software Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that drive our core products and services. Your expertise will help us build robust systems, optimize web applications, and implement technologies to meet evolving business needs. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating high-quality software, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career and make a meaningful impact., * Handle website updates, fixes, and improvements using JavaScript, Node.js, and React (HTML/CSS) on the front and back end
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal systems such as our LMS portal, CRM, and related servers/platforms
- Build and maintain Salesforce automations, workflows, and fixes
- Support cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP (setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, basic deployments)
- Provide general tech support across the team - diagnosing issues, resolving them, or knowing when/how to escalate
- Learn new tools, platforms, and systems independently as business needs evolve
- Identify opportunities to automate or improve internal processes
Requirements
- Solid experience with JavaScript and Node.js; comfortable working across the front and back end
- Experience with React, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms - Azure and/or GCP preferred
- Comfortable working across different types of systems (web, cloud, CRM/SaaS platforms) without needing deep specialization in each
- Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) as part of your daily workflow
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, or LMS platforms is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity - you’ll often need to figure out the right approach rather than follow a set process
- Good communication skills, since you’ll be supporting both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Self-directed and resourceful - able to research, test, and implement solutions with minimal hand-holding
What We’re Really Looking For
More than any specific certification or years-of-experience number, we want someone who is genuinely smart, adaptable, and excited to learn. If you’ve never touched Salesforce or LMS platforms but you’re confident you could figure it out quickly with the right tools, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Experience:
- JavaScript: 1 year (Required)
- Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
