Data & Ai Compliance Analyst

Our client is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility.We are hiring a Data & AI Compliance Analyst.The AI Compliance Analyst supports the design, implementation, and operation of the organization’s Data & AI governance and compliance framework. The role ensures that artificial intelligence systems are developed, procured, deployed, and operated in alignment with applicable regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), internal policies, and ethical standards. This position operates at the intersection of compliance, data/AI, and business, translating regulatory requirements into actionable controls and supporting monitoring activities across the AI lifecycle.AI Governance & Framework SupportSupport the implementation and maintenance of the AI governance framework aligned with standards such as:EU AI ActNIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)ISO/IEC **Maintain AI policies, procedures, and internal standards (e.g., acceptable use, human oversight, risk classification)Risk & Compliance AssessmentPerform AI risk assessments prior to deployment:Risk classification (e.g., high-risk vs low-risk AI use cases)Bias, fairness, transparency, and explainability checksSupport third-party/vendor AI assessments, working with Procurement and TPRM teamsContribute to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) where AI is involvedAI System Inventory & DocumentationMaintain the AI systems inventory and risk registerEnsure completeness of:Model documentation (model cards, system descriptions)Data lineage and consent traceabilityTrack compliance evidence for audits and regulatory reviewsMonitoring & ControlsSupport ongoing monitoring of AI systems for:Model drift and performance degradationBias/fairness metrics deviationsAssist in defining and tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for AI systemsRegulatory & Policy AlignmentMonitor emerging AI regulations and standards and assess applicabilityCollaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulations into operational controlsContribute to internal guidance and awareness materialsSupport investigation and documentation of AI-related incidents or risksAssist with remediation tracking and reportingContribute to regulatory reporting if applicableSupport delivery of AI compliance and ethics trainingPromote awareness across business, engineering, and product teamsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s in:Computer Science, Data Science, EngineeringLaw, Compliance, Risk Management, Public PolicyExperience5-10 years in one or more of the following:Compliance / Risk ManagementData governance or privacyCybersecurityDevSecOpsData governance and data analyticsAt least 3 years in:Artificial Intelligence. Bachelor’s or Master’s in: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Public Policy Experience 5-10 years in one or more of the following: Compliance / Risk Management Data governance or privacy Cybersecurity DevSecOps Data governance and data analytics At least 3 years in: Artificial Intelligence.
