Backend Information Technology Front End Software Development SDET

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.
Hands-on experience with automated unit, integration, and API/XML testing, particularly using Java and Selenium.
Proficient in both front-end and back-end web application testing.
Experience writing SQL queries and performing database validation.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, onsite/offshore, and hybrid work models.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
Experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both technical teams and business clients.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
Hybrid work arrangement in Boston, MA; interviews via video; anticipated start in 2-3 weeks.
