Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.
  • Hands-on experience with automated unit, integration, and API/XML testing, particularly using Java and Selenium.
  • Proficient in both front-end and back-end web application testing.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and performing database validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, onsite/offshore, and hybrid work models.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both technical teams and business clients.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the financial services or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Hybrid work arrangement in Boston, MA; interviews via video; anticipated start in 2-3 weeks.
