• Subject matter knowledgeable in two or more technical areas - Change Integration/Change Delivery, Dev Ops, Infrastructure-As-Code, x86/ARM/GPU, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, Data LakeHouse, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud \n

• Experience strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership. \n

• Highly effective and proven consultative leader with strong business and data-driven acumen, to drive continuous improvement in a data-driven way. \n

\n What You Will Be Doing\n \n

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management. \n

• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. \n

• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Project Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. \n

• Connect the dots across workstreams and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve process, remove friction and transform the business \n

• Planning and change management across project scope, timeline, and resources (specific to work stream and factory) \n

• Drive execution/workplan management of work stream/factory objectives. \n

• Maintain work stream milestones and dependencies. \n

• Manage and control the work stream critical path. \n

• Develop communication plan aligned with the program communications team. \n

• Host regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues. \n

• Document and drive action items or issues/risk mitigation as they arise. \n

• Execute impact analysis for key milestones/outcomes At-Risk or Off-Track and Develop and monitor Go to Green plans. \n

• Align with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the work stream. \n
