Job Title: Agentic AI Developer

Location:Alpharetta, GA 30022 Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Note: Thursday onsite attendance is mandatory. Tuesday and Wednesday are preferred additional onsite days.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI systems, Python development, and cloud-native application engineering. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows.

The ideal candidate will combine deep software engineering experience with hands-on knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The role requires close collaboration with Security, Engineering, Platform, and Production Support teams to ensure enterprise development standards are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop end-to-end agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Java technologies.
• Design and implement intelligent agent models including reflex agents, goal-based agents, and learning agents.
• Develop AI-driven workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases to improve AI grounding and reduce hallucinations.
• Integrate AI systems with external APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Platform teams to ensure compliance with enterprise DevOps and development standards.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments including GCP and Oracle Cloud.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Participate in application support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production stability initiatives.
• Manage priorities effectively across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• 10+ years of overall application development and technology experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Python and AI/ML development ecosystems.
• 5+ years of Java and web application development experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents including:
• Simple reflex agents
• Goal-based agents
• Learning agents

Agentic AI & AI Frameworks

Experience with one or more of the following:

• LangChain
• LangGraph
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel

AI/ML & Data Technologies

• Strong understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience grounding AI models with external enterprise data sources.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization.

APIs & Integrations

• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience integrating AI agents with databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services.
• Understanding of webhooks and event-driven integrations.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience working with GCP and/or Oracle Cloud environments.
• 4+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools including:
• Git/Stash
• Jenkins
• Fortify
• Related deployment and automation tools

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional engineering and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
