Chief Technology Officer AI

• Automation & Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain end to end test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Develop scalable, reusable test scripts for web and API testing.
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).
• AI Enhanced Quality Engineering: Use AI-based tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, AutoGPT based test generation, Copilot/Gemini testing assistance) to accelerate test creation and maintenance.
• Explore AI capabilities for: Test case generation, Log analysis, Defect clustering, Intelligent test selection/impact analysis.
• Contribute to adopting AI frameworks for predictive quality and faster validation cycles.
• Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, edge cases, and regression coverage.
• Conduct functional, regression, cross browser, and performance validations.
• Participate in code reviews and establish automation best practices.
• Track defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with developers for resolution.

• 5 9 years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST API testing (Postman, Playwright API, etc.).
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or LLM-based automation assistance.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools-Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Understanding of version control (Git/GitLab/GitHub).
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) is a plus., * Exposure to test management tools (JIRA, Xray, Zephyr).
• Experience with performance testing (Lighthouse, k6, JMeter) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/Google Cloud Platform/AWS).
• Certification in QA automation or AI testing tools (optional but beneficial).
