Developer

You will work alongside experienced developers and receive guidance while contributing to real production applications using Java, Angular, and/or React., * Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular or React

• Support the creation and consumption of REST APIs
• Build basic frontend components and user interfaces
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with team guidance
• Participate in code reviews and learn best practices

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups and sprint planning

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our development team and support the build and enhancement of modern web applications. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career developers who are eager to apply what they’ve learned, grow their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience working across both frontend and backend technologies., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent internship / project experience)

• 0-5 years of software development experience

• Academic, internship, or professional experience with:

• Java
• Angular and/or React

Basic understanding of:

• Web application development
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• RESTful APIs

Willingness to work onsite in Indianapolis 2 days per week

Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to Spring Boot
• Basic SQL or relational database knowledge
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Internship, co-op, or personal projects involving full stack development
• Experience working on team-based or Agile projects, * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to take feedback and improve
