Vacancy
As an IT & Digital Transformation Manager at Blok System Supply, you are responsible for the stability of IT systems, the optimization of business processes, and the implementation of digital solutions in daily operations. You ensure that networks, applications, and cloud solutions operate reliably, and that security measures and user access rights are properly configured.
You oversee various aspects of IT management, coordinating incident management, managing updates, and maintaining contact with external partners for support and hardware. In addition, you monitor the IT budget and licenses, while using dashboards and KPI reports to provide continuous insight into the performance of the digital infrastructure.
You also play a key role in optimizing work processes through automation and innovative tools. You support employees in using new systems and increase the adoption of digital solutions within daily operations. Furthermore, you carry out basic compliance checks in the areas of GDPR and security guidelines, always aiming to anticipate problems and disruptions through proactive maintenance and smart monitoring.
You will be part of the ICT Support team, working alongside a Lead Engineer, an Engineer, and the Head of Finance. Beyond the technical responsibilities, you value an informal work atmosphere and enjoy shared lunches in the in-house kitchen, where a game of table tennis is often played. You report directly to the CEO and work closely with management, from whom you can expect a wide range of questions and requests. You act as a strong sparring partner and are comfortable with a direct style of communication.
If you are naturally curious, enjoy looking below the surface to understand underlying questions in order to improve processes, and are comfortable handling responsibility and expectations from management, then this is the job for you.

Firsthand experience
You have developed a plan for a major digital transformation, but management is raising critical questions about the necessity and the investment. How do you handle this? You ensure that in the earlier phases you have already held so much consultation that everyone is aligned. Then you make the plan concrete and present the figures and the expected process optimization in a clear way. You engage in discussion with the CEO and management, where with normal values and a well-founded story, you immediately receive approval to start the implementation., After high school, I started at Blok System Supply as an intern and completed my education here. Everything was arranged, and I never left since. Surprisingly, I am given plenty of room to develop myself, I support the staff association, and I have become responsible for a fixed product. The gym is also nice; no more hassle at home.

Working at Blok System Supply
Blok System Supply, better known as Blok Montage en Assemblage until 2014, offers more than 41 years of experience in the metalworking industry. As a supplier of mechatronic and industrial designs, products, and services, we specialize in manufacturability and scalability. Customer focus and flexibility have been the company’s core values since 1985. Delivering quality on time is our promise.

With over 5,000 m² of development, production, and testing space, we are ready for new times. Boldness, innovation, entrepreneurship, and an open mind to manufacturability make us unique, stable, future-proof, and strong.
Blok System Supply is more than an organization that builds machines, mills parts, or develops new products for globally operating companies. Above all, we are there for our employees: fine, strong, well-trained, cheerful, diverse, and above all, loyal colleagues. A wonderful and harmonious group. Working at Blok System Supply means working in a safe, cheerful, calm, stable, active, open, and pleasant work environment where you can be who you want to be, say what you want to say, and try to become what you want to be.
