Job description

Configure and manage Data Cloud data streams, data model objects (DMOs), identity resolution, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, including agents, topics, actions, prompts, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events where required.
Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce platform capabilities.
Design secure, scalable, and high-performing data architecture following Salesforce best practices.
Implement automation using Flows, orchestration, and event-driven integration patterns.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support while ensuring quality and governance standards.
Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, integration technologies, and Salesforce platform innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities.
Experience with MuleSoft or REST/SOAP API integrations.
Salesforce Platform development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
