Job description
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Facets Test Lead with deep expertise in the Healthcare Payer domain, specifically Claims, Membership/Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, and Billing modules within Facets. This role will lead end-to-end quality assurance delivery for large-scale Facets transformation and implementation programmers, working closely with client stakeholders, business teams, development teams, and offshore delivery groups.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering delivery for Healthcare Facets programs, ensuring successful execution of functional, integration, regression, UAT, and release testing across multiple workstreams.

Own test strategy, planning, estimation, and governance, including test scope definition, resource planning, risk management, defect management, and release readiness assessments.

Manage multi-vendor and cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery of project objectives
Requirements

10+ years of Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on Healthcare Payer systems and Facets platform testing

Proven expertise in end-to-end test management, including test strategy, estimation, planning, execution, defect management, and release governance for large-scale Facets programs.

Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, Billing, and EDI transactions (834/837/835).

Demonstrated experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional, and onsite-offshore delivery teams for complex transformation and modernization initiatives.

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client governance, executive communication, and delivery leadership, including managing SLAs and service commitments.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Healthcare and Quality certifications are preferred.
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 USD , depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
