Software Engineer, Intelligence Systems

We are looking for a Software Engineer (SWE) to join our rapidly-growing team in Reston, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing full-stack software solutions to challenging technical problems, with responsibilities including but not limited to front-end and back-end development, database management, code refactors, and performance optimization. You will need to work within tight timelines and resource constraints while still delivering a high-quality product., * Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack software solutions, spanning front-end user interfaces (e.g., with React/Angular) to resilient back-end services and optimized database interactions (e.g., SQL Server)

• Proactively maintain, update, and refactor existing mission-critical software systems to ensure longevity and performance
• Actively contribute to software development for critical tasks as needed to meet deadlines
• Adhere to software best practices and coding standards, review peer code, interact with version control, maintain build processes, and perform testing

• 1-3 years of experience in full-stack software development
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related STEM field, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven ability to quickly onboard, understand, and contribute effectively to large, complex existing codebases and systems
• A genuine passion for leveraging technology to solve complex national security challenges in a high-stakes, rapid-development environment
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance, * Experience working in C#, Typescript/Javascript, or Java.
• Direct experience with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, sharding).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, libraries, or experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into software applications.
