Technical Scrum Master

• Experience working with platform, infrastructure, data, DevOps, SRE, or operations teams (not just feature/product delivery teams).
• Demonstrated success supporting teams with production support and incident-driven work.
• Experience with security, infrastructure, or reliability initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams/pods simultaneously.
• Proven ability to operate in environments with significant cross-team and external dependencies.
• Comfortable working with senior engineers, tech leads, and managers without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Pragmatic application of Agile/Scrum (e.g. adapts scrum to fit operational realities instead of forcing strict frameworks).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Proactively identifies blockers and risks rather than reacting late.
• Helps teams re-plan confidently when priorities shift.
• Reinforces clarity around ownership and accountability.
