Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications that support business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Salesforce development best practices.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support application releases using CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Git.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend new features or improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (experience level can be adjusted based on role).

• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required/preferred based on organizational needs).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce Clouds.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
