Job description
- Pay: $68 - $73/hr
- 3-month assignment, possibility extension based upon performance and budget.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
- Position will lead complex security programs consisting of multiple initiatives, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Just-in-Time (JIT/Entitlement) Access, and public cloud security policy governance.
- Utilize Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies to deliver technology solutions and drive programs from initiation through completion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure roadmap alignment, resource planning, estimation, and successful execution.
- Provide executive-level communication, manage dependencies, track program performance, and ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or PMP required.
- 7-10 years of Program & Project Management experience with IT Security projects.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT and security initiatives, delivering integrated solutions across cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of access management concepts, including Role-Based Access (RBAC), Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and public cloud security governance.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks, including leading software delivery teams.
- Knowledge of security governance, technical architecture, and access control frameworks preferred.
