Job description

  • The role involves providing production support and development expertise for IBM MDM (v11x Advanced Edition) and .NET/API-based systems, ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and supporting enterprise master data management operations., * Provide production support for IBM MDM AE environment ensuring stability and performance.
  • Work closely with clients, development teams, and DBAs to resolve production issues.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues including data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Use ticketing systems to track, document, and resolve production incidents.
  • Ensure smooth operations of MDM and API systems in production environments.
  • Customize IBM MDM solutions using business proxies, match/merge rules, and event manager configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Support SOAP-based integrations and XML-based data processing.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in .NET and API production support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM v11.x Advanced Edition (minimum 4 years required).
  • Strong experience in IBM MDM customization including extension addition, business proxies, SDP, match/merge rules, event manager, and notifications.
  • Strong Java/JEE development background.
  • Experience with SOAP web services, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience supporting production systems, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and client collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
  • Experience in production support and enterprise integration environments.
  • Experience working with .NET and API-based systems., * Experience in Insurance or Banking domain preferred.
  • Strong team collaboration and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in production support environments.
