We’re seeking an Associate Director, Audience Data Partnerships to help shape and expand the data ecosystem that powers audience targeting, activation, and measurement solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of data partnerships, audience strategy, media technology, and commercialization. You’ll be responsible for managing strategic relationships with data and identity partners, evaluating new data opportunities, and ensuring audience data assets are successfully integrated, adopted, and leveraged across the organization.
This is not a pure sales role or a deeply technical engineering position. Instead, we’re looking for a relationship-driven strategist who can connect business needs, partner capabilities, and operational execution to deliver meaningful value for clients and the business.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with third-party data providers, identity partners, and strategic technology vendors.
- Identify and evaluate new data partnership opportunities that enhance audience targeting and activation capabilities.
- Coordinate onboarding, integration, and operational management of partner data assets.
- Partner with product, engineering, and audience teams to ensure data is accessible, usable, and aligned with business needs.
- Drive internal awareness, education, and adoption of audience data solutions.
- Support commercialization efforts and help maximize the value and revenue potential of data partnerships.
- Collaborate across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and data-related projects.

Requirements
Please Note: This is a hybrid position based in New York City. Candidates must be able to work from our NYC office on a regular basis and should be located within a reasonable commuting distance., * Data partnerships and partner management

- Audience and identity data solutions

Additionally, candidates should have enough technical knowledge to understand concepts such as:
- APIs and data integrations
- Data onboarding and delivery workflows
- Cloud storage environments
- Data transfer processes
- Audience and identity data solutions
While technical fluency is important, this role focuses on driving alignment, adoption, and business outcomes rather than hands-on engineering.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $114,425 - $160,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
