Job description

The UX Visual Analyst will support the organization’s web development and deployment initiatives. In this role, you will help maintain a professional and engaging digital presence, contribute to the creation of high-quality graphics, and collaborate with senior designers to grow your technical and creative skill set. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on projects with broad organizational impact. You will translate requirements into effective visual products and support the team in delivering modern, user-focused web solutions., * Support the design, development, and maintenance of web application solutions.

  • Implement and modify basic scripts using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
  • Manage and update content within content management systems such as WordPress and SiteWorks.
  • Design and produce graphics for organizational initiatives, presentations, and communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to propose, evaluate, and refine business solution strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 4+ years’ relevant experience. An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience designing and implementing customer-facing web solutions.
  • Familiarity with gathering customer requirements and documenting processes.
  • Foundational UI/UX design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of web service architecture and content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

Salary Range: $83,500 - $210,000

The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
