Requirements

· 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform expertise. · Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, CRM, and Order Management solutions. · Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce customizations. · Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Boomi, APIGEE, Kafka, SSO, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) integrations. · Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, best practices, code governance, and scalable solution design. · Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, managing releases, and resolving complex production and integration issues. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
